We are looking a Customer Service Advisor for one of our client situated in Zaventem (M/W)

You will be working in a bright open-space environment, within a dynamic and enjoyable team of passionate peoples. You will be welcomed by your leading team and mentored and coached by a buddy and a dedicated training team. You will provide qualitative implementation, usage and technical support to B2B Customers. Foremost, you will be the voice of the customer towards the internal stakeholders (Sales, IT, etc.), translating their requests and problems into solutions.

Your day could look like this, but is not limited to:

- Configuring and assisting new clients with set up of test and production accounts
- Solving blocked payment transactions or financial aspects
- Escalating appropriate support requests to a 2nd or 3rd line support level when required
- Acting on a bright panel of Customers from all countries in which Ingenico ePayments is active.
- Looping back frequently to the clients with status updates and tailor made communication
- Providing additional information about products, offers and technical solutions
- Driving improvements and efficiencies, participating to various projects


Must haves are:

- Ideally 1-2 year(s) of working experience in a customer service role.
- Affinity to new technologies and espacially in the online world (internet, html, networking,…)
- Proficient knowledge of English is a must; plus at least another European language (French,Dutch or German) (both written & spoken)
- Any additional language combination proficiency is an asset !
- Very good interpersonal, empathic and communication skills
- Can-do mentality, initiative taker with love for working in dynamic, multicultural team
- Strong eye for detail, accurate, but most and foremost a critical mindset
- Curious to learn new ideas and concepts in e-commerce, internet technologies (testings, HTML, PHP, CSS, transactions, logs, etc
