For one of our clients active in the telecommunication industry we are looking for a Customer Care Representative (m-w-x).
What do you do?
• You respond to questions by phone or in written & solve problems in a minimum of time, following predefined Service Level Agreements and processes.
• Furthermore, you handle and dispatches Quick Service Requests, Agent Service Requests within defined SLA’s.
• You dispatch files towards different Back Office teams if necessary. You ensure follow-up till solution has been found and keep the customer or sales agent informed of any evolution.
• You manage pro-active campaigns to decrease the contact rate and to increase the satisfaction of customers and sales agents.
• In handling necessary administration, you ensure updates of customer’s information in IT systems.
• You gather field information and report issues and problems as input of continuous improvement and/or incidents.
Profiel
Your profile:
• You have call center and customer experience in being diplomatic, mature and extravert
• You give proof of excellent listening and communication skills
• You have knowledge of the tools and the systems used by the contact centers As a Team worker, you show integrity and who is not afraid to take initiative
• You have a commercial flair
• You have spoken and written skills of Dutch and French + a good command of English
• Analytical skills required
• Excel knowledge is much appreciated
