Key responsibilities

• Answer all types of incoming customer inquiries received by phone or email: product availability, lead time, …
• Process and follow up on delivery of orders.
• Process, resolve, and follow up all customer complaints (quality, delivery, price, …) making sure that these are promptly brought to the attention of the right department for further investigation.
• Process credit and debit notes and ensuring that all approvals are in place prior to processing.
• Forward price related issues incl. special price requests to the Pricing Department following the established procedures.
• Follow up payment issues from customers to help the Finance department with the control over the Accounts Receivables (improving DSO and reducing bad debts)


About you

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1 or higher) and French (C1 or higher) is a must. Basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Passion for serving customers; experience in customer service is a plus
