Reporting to the Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager, you are responsible for identifying and attracting talent to fill in the vacancies. This will include a variety of different positions from permanent through to temporary positions and in all fields of activity (Commercial, Finance, HR, Engineering, IT). You will have the ability to build relationships and take a consultative approach to delivering a first class end-to-end recruitment service to our hiring managers and internal stakeholders. The role requires you to be confident and comfortable using combinations of channels, such as social media, job boards, headhunting, careers events and external agencies, to attract the necessary quality and quantity of suitable talents.
