Marketing Communications team in Toyota Motor Europe is responsible for Pan European strategic and operational implementation of brand and model communications.

Your responsibilities:

In the Communication & Media Strategy team, you will have several areas of responsibilities:

1. Leading the development of the communication strategy of Toyota models & services and of Kinto brand & services:
- You will work with agencies to develop a communication strategy that is in-line with the brand, business and product objectives, including social and influencer strategy
- You are in charge of elaborating the project’s brief to agency by compiling and aligning on detailed product and consumer data/insights with all stakeholders and with the project leaders in charge of the campaign development
- You coordinate relevant consumer research or customer clinics to gather necessary insights or test hypothesis
- You set clear KPIs per project that will be key to measure performance
- You are in charge of the buy-in of internal stakeholders and to deliver a robust strategy to all EU markets at relevant touch points
- For Kinto, you will be also in charge of the campaign development: coordinate the assets production with the agencies, ensure their timely delivery and distribution to all EU markets. Ensure production budget efficiency and quality through audits and reconciliations.

2. Campaign strategy & media performance monitoring
- Together with project leaders, you will also monitor campaigns’ results using analytics tools to check the good implementation of the strategy and the media investments generated and then formulate recommendations for future strategies

3. Budget Control
- You are responsible for the monitoring and reporting on your project budget on a regular basis
- You will conduct monthly fee hour reviews with agencies


Your profile:

- You have experience in marketing, communications, media and understand campaign metrics. Ideally, you also have background of campaign management and strategy at client or agency side, especially in digital and social media, including influencers management.
- You have good project management and coordination skills and have experience in managing multiple internal & external stakeholders.
- You are a strategic thinker, a fast learner, autonomous and enjoy being in fast-paced, fast-changing international environment - You dispose of strong analytical skills, always fact & data driven in your recommendations
- You have an agile thinking and enjoy tackling new problems
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, other language skills are a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc)

Location: Hybrid - +-50% in the office (Toyota Head Office in Evere) and +-50% home office
