For our customer in Kortenberg we are looking for a Business Process Engineer.
This role fits in the implementation and introduction of a new ERP and other systems for providing services to our customers. Together with the European team, you will be analyzing the existing processes and defining the best practices and contribute to a successful roll-out and maintenance of the new ERP system and other systems for providing services to our customers.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities:
Investigating and analyzing current business processes, procedures and requirements and mapping them to SharePoint;
Documenting visualization of process and procedure flows;
Identification and assessment of potential risks in business processes and development of risk mitigation strategies;
Re-engineering and optimization of business processes and shaping new process policies;
Proposing smarter process management solutions for performance improvement and cost reduction;
Illustrating project descriptions, objectives, and measurements;
Collaboration with various stakeholders to identify potential for improvement;
Participate in and hold meetings to perform incremental agile software development framework when managing product development;
Support to evaluate and test administrative system changes to provide ongoing support to existing applications and implement new applications;
Staying updated with new software features and industry trends and educating people in the group.
Profiel
Profile:
A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Information Systems Management, or a related field;
Several years of experience in business process analysis and optimization;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to critically question processes;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
Accuracy and care in the analysis and documentation of processes;
Language skills in English mandatory.
Professional Skills:
Excellent knowledge of Business Process Modeling, Business Process;
Reengineering and the related Management (BPM) Tools;
SharePoint: Knowledge in using SharePoint for mapping business;
requirements and managing document workflows;
Data Analysis Tools: Skills in using tools like Excel or Power BI for analyzing;
business data and visualizing process flows
Nice to have:
Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA public cloud;
Agile Frameworks: Understanding and applying agile methodologies for software development and project management;
Software Testing: Experience in professional software testing and quality assurance;
Experience in Project Management and related Software is an advantage: Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft;
Project for managing tasks and tracking progress;
Programming Languages: A basic understanding of programming languages like Python, Java, or C# can be advantageous;
for accurately assessing the feasibility of proposed changes.
