Are you a proactive, discreet, and independent professional with a passion for organization and high-level support? Because we are looking for an Executive Assistant for a company in the region of Zaventem

Your responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, you will support the CEO and assist the HR department with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, including:

- You manage the calendar of the CEO and schedule appointments
- You organizing meetings and prepare the meeting rooms
- You book flights and accommodations
- You order lunches and handle practical arrangements
- You providing administrative support to HR
- You taking ownership of small projects (car park, company newsletter)

Profiel

- You are discreet, reliable, and able to work independently
- You are assertive and take initiative
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and think along with the business
- You have excellent organizational skills and enjoy variety
- You have experience in a support or administrative role
- You have a good command of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus, but not required)
