About the Role:
When a truck breaks down somewhere in Europe, our support team steps in. As a Financial Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. You’ll handle invoicing, verify dealer documents in various languages, and manage essential data in our systems. Your work helps us get vehicles back on the road—fast.
Your Day-to-Day:
Process and verify dealer invoices in multiple languages
Register and book invoices in our internal systems
Manage incoming and outgoing department mail
Support the team with administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly

- Fluent in English and German
