Job Description:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support the administrative team at GXO in Zellik. Your main responsibilities include processing orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and performing various administrative tasks. You will assist in handling customer inquiries, preparing documentation, and recording customer interactions. Additionally, you will contribute to a safe and environmentally conscious work environment.

Profiel

Profile:

- You are a student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, administration, or a related field.
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You are accurate, customer-oriented, and able to handle stress well.
- You are proactive, independent, and maintain a professional attitude.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in an international environment.
