GXO Logistics in Zellik is looking for motivated workers for freezer operations. You will be working in an environment of -25°C, which requires physical endurance. Tasks include loading, unloading, and moving goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
After a screening by Adecco, selected candidates will be invited to the GXO site for:
- A theoretical test
- A site tour
- A one-on-one interview
Based on the test results, candidates may proceed further in the selection process.
Profiel
- Physically fit and able to work in extremely cold conditions (-25°C)
- Experience in the logistics sector, preferably with pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks
- Language skills: Dutch, English, and/or French
- Availability according to the required schedules:
- Monday to Thursday and Saturday (morning and afternoon shifts)
- Tuesday to Saturday (morning shift only)
- Students available to work Saturdays from 04:00 to 11:45 are also welcome
- Flexibility in working hours and tasks is expected
Aanbod
- Gross hourly wage for regular workers: €16.4430
- Gross hourly wage for students: €14.7985
- Meal vouchers: €8 per worked day
- Shift premiums
- Travel reimbursement according to transport and official rates
