Vacancy: Inside Sales Specialist – DACH Region
In this position you manage the inside sales activities with customers, internal departments like Country sales, Technical Services, Manufacturing, credit and the logistics teams to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and request about the products and services.
Job responsabilities: Sales Support, Administration and Distribution of product information
- You manage the customer relationship together with the sales engineers either by telephone, digitally or face to face.
- You will be the customer’s primary contact for commercial and technical matters.
- You are able to obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle incoming enquiries in an adequate way.
- You support sales teams where possible to generate new sales leads.
- You own the entire quotation process, supported by sales team and technical services.
- You review and check customer’s project information in order to avoid incorrect order entries.
- You proactively manage large projects within the assigned territory, working horizontally with customers and a range of internal stakeholders.
- You manage the daily orders flows.
- You follow up on the credit situation, check product availability, and confirm or organise technical support.
- You identify ways of improving existing processes to enhance customer experience.
- You consolidate sales, create sales statistics, plan deliveries, prepare quotations, confirm and finalise partnership, communicate with customers, prepare price list/translations, send documentation and distribute product information.
- You conduct factory visits: check data, collect contact, organise training sessions and arrange written materials.
- You process orders, forms, applications and requests
- You inform and advice customers about various matters, such as references for typical applications, availability etc…
Profiel
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree, within a technical background.
- Technical experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- You have strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- You have excellent command of Dutch and English, as well as fluent German, since you will be responsible for the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Any additional European language is considered a plus.
- You have relevant experience in working with German-speaking customers and understand their specific requirements and business culture.
- You are results-oriented, with a proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals.
- You have a strong customer focus and are driven to build and maintain excellent relationships.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You work with a high degree of accuracy and have an eye for detail.
- You have excellent planning and organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You demonstrate a proactive mindset and take initiative to get things done.
- You have a committed attitude and are not afraid to go the extra mile.
- You have project management skills, preferably in complex prefabrication materials.
- You are flexible and able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

- Flexible working hours: the standard daily working time is 7 hours and 45 minutes, starting between 8:00 and 9:00 AM and ending between 4:15 and 5:15 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:30 to 1:00 PM). If you prefer a 1-hour lunch break (12:00–1:00 PM), your day can end between 4:45 and 5:45 PM.
