Keyence, a Japanese high-tech company represented in over 10 European countries and across the rest of the world, is currently looking for a Technical Sales Specialist (Account management) for the Brussels-Mechelen region.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding your own customer portfolio.
You will communicate with clients in Dutch and French, while internal communication with colleagues will be in English, as it is the company's working language.
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you act as the commercial link between your customers and the company.
You will be supported by Technical Specialists, who handle on-site interventions, repairs, and similar tasks at the customer’s location.
They will assist you with technical expertise and provide detailed information on spare parts, replacements, and custom-made solutions.
As a Technical Sales Specialist, your responsibilities include:

Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients
- Visiting clients and optimizing service levels

Contacting potential sales leads based on existing client information

Prospecting new clients in collaboration with fellow Technical Sales colleagues
- Acting as the main point of contact for your customer base

What you can offer the company:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical specification

You speak fluent French and English, and preferably Dutch for the Mechelen region
- You are interested in a Sales Specialist position within a high-tech company
- You have technical insight and the ability to reason logically when it comes to mechanics and electronics
- As you will be fully immersed in a technical training program, you are open and willing to learn technical knowledge in a relatively short time

- You are available on short notice; your notice period can be discussed
- You possess a valid Category B driving license (field-based position)

- Salary: Maximum €51,000 gross/year
- Bonuses: company-level (based on overall performance) + individual bonus.
