Your role:
As a Senior Customer Service Advisor you’re the go-to person for your team. You coach Customer Support Advisors, guide new colleagues, and help resolve complex customer issues. You’re the link between your team and our international dealer network.
What you’ll do:
Support and coach team members through challenging customer cases
Lead onboarding and training for new hires: systems, processes, customer focus
Champion change: introduce new tools and processes with tailored training
Monitor quality and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with dealers and other teams to solve customer issues
