For a company in Aalter specializing in the production of prefab concrete elements, we are looking for motivated concrete workers.

Concrete Worker Tasks:
- Assembling formwork molds for prefab concrete elements.
Using hand tools for sawing and drilling work.
- Would you prefer working outdoors? Then you can work as an assistant worker.
- Tasks:
Using an overhead crane, the profiles are loaded onto the truck. The assistant worker places blocks under the profiles to ensure they are properly balanced.

You will work together with 2 to 3 colleagues.

Your profile:
- You are willing to learn new things — no experience required!
- Physical work is no problem for you.
- You have a stable work history.
- You do not need to have experience or a certificate to operate the overhead crane yet, but you must be willing to obtain it over time.

What can we offer?
- Day shift: Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM with good pay.
- Starting wage: €18 per hour, rising to €19 after one month.
- 3 weeks collective closure during summer.
