We are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant for a company in Ghent-Zeehaven to support the customer support team. This is a back-office position in which you will mainly be responsible for entering data into the systems.

As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for invoicing.
- You will register, check and enter customer invoices that are written in their own language (German) and process essential information in the appropriate systems.
- You will process incoming and outgoing mail for the department.

This is a day job with working hours starting between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. You will work 8 hours per day.

Profiel

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- You are looking for an administrative job.
- You are punctual.
- You have at least a secondary education diploma.
- You are customer-oriented.
- You have a very good knowledge of English and German.
- You have your own transport to get to the company.

Aanbod

What can you expect?
- Contract with our client: fixed term for 6 months with subsequent renewal.
- Gross salary: €2500 - €2800
