Job Description:
As a logistics operator in the cold storage department, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will contribute to the smooth operation of the logistics process while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and properly storing incoming goods
- Picking orders and preparing shipments
- Packaging and labeling products according to guidelines
- Complying with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Profile:
We are looking for candidates who:
- Can perform physical work in a cold environment (-25°C); thermal workwear is provided
- Work accurately and with attention to detail
- Are flexible and willing to work in shifts, including Saturdays (note: Saturday shifts start at 4:00 AM, which is not feasible with public transport)
- Can work independently and as part of a team

Selection Procedure:
1. Onboarding Session: If interested, you will be invited to an onboarding session every Thursday at 8:30 AM.
2. Testing Phase: You will complete two practical tests. A minimum score of 70% is required to proceed.
3. Facility Tour: You will receive a guided tour of the cold storage area to get a clear view of the working conditions.
4. Personal Interview: If still interested, you will have a one-on-one interview with a GXO supervisor.
Final Decision: Based on the supervisor’s feedback, a decision will be made regarding your start at GXO Logistics.
