We are looking for a Logistic and administrative assistant for a laboratory in Vilvoorde. You will join the Kitting team and provide support to clinical supplies operations and administrative activities in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle of low to moderate complexity studies.

Tasks:

- Support logistics and admin tasks related to clinical supplies and medical devices.
- Ensure smooth processes for ordering, storage, labelling, shipping, and returns .
- Track inventory levels and expiration dates, and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with project teams and cross-functional departments.
- Ensure all activities follow GxP/GMP guidelines and internal procedures .
- Maintain accurate data in electronic systems for assigned studies .
- Stay up to date through regular training on industry regulations.
- Handle ad-hoc supply purchases when needed.

Working Environment :

- You will work takes place in an office, production site, or from home.
- You are comfortable using computers and electronic equipment.
- You are able to sit for 4–6 hours per day.
- You can lift light objects (up to 7–9 kg, e.g. laptop or small items).
- you can stay focused and can handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- You are a clear communicator and enjoy working with others.

Profiel

- You are in possession of a secondary school diploma or equivalent .
- You have had at least 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent mix of training and education .
- You have a good command of English (spoken and written) .
- You have a solid knowledge of clinical supply processes (e.g. manufacturing, shipping, labeling, auditing) .
- You have good analytical skills and ability to handle confidential matters .
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You pay close attention to detail and quality-focused .
- You feel comfortable using proper communication channels to raise concerns or make suggestions.
